
CLIENT POLICIES
ARRIVAL
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled and is subject to a cancellation fee. For color services, please arrive to your appointment with clean (shampooed within the last 1-2 days) and dry hair.
CANCELLING AND RESCHEDULING
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours of advance notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $50 cancellation/rebooking fee. If you no call/no show your appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of your scheduled service.
Deposit REQUIRED
In order to secure your appointment, I require a $50 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will go towards the price of your service. Deposits can be paid via Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, credit card or in person.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
I strive to make sure you love your hair at every appointment. However, if you do not feel the results of your service met the expectations agreed upon in our consultation, I will gladly make adjustments. While services received will not be refunded, please notify me within 3 days of your appointment and I will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction and at no additional cost to you.
SICKNESS
If you have a fever or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please contact me as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment. If you show up to your appointment sick or unwell you will be asked to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation/rebooking fee.
CHILDREN AND PETS
For the safety of all guests in the salon and to ensure a smooth and timely service, please do not bring children or pets (service dogs okay) to your appointment.
